Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

At Two Step Tavern, all ticket sales, event admissions, merchandise purchases, and other transactions are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend an event

  • Weather conditions (unless an event is officially canceled by Two Step Tavern)

  • Accidental purchases

If an event is canceled by Two Step Tavern, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options, which may include a transfer to a future event or other accommodations at our discretion.

Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, or transferred without prior approval from Two Step Tavern.

By purchasing a ticket, merchandise, or any product or service from Two Step Tavern, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
